“Our key treatments range from facials (such as the HydraFacial, cryotherapy facial or HIFU facial), to more localised treatments that target specific parts of the body (such as lipo freeze, localised cryotherapy, cavitation and RF skin tightening.
“Our goal is to offer a wide variety of treatments to tackle a whole range of issues and challenges - from sagging skin, stretch marks, and unwanted fat, to inflammation, pain, scars and so much more.
“We will be adding more treatments to our portfolio shortly, including full body cryotherapy.”

Q: What are the best skin treatments for anti-aging and reducing the appearance of wrinkles?
“The HIFU facial is the ultimate non-invasive alternative to a face lift. It uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production, and incredible results are achieved after just one treatment. You can see before and after photos below.
“We offer a range of other types of facials that are great for activating the production of collagen, as well as RF skin tightening and sublative skin resurfacing, where radiofrequency is used to achieve a tightening effect.
“Alternatively there is the sublime skin tightening and facial contouring treatment, which uses a combination of bi-polar radiofrequency and light energy, or microneedling, which creates thousands of tiny holes in the skin to promote the skin’s natural healing process and collagen production.”
Q: “Do any of your skin treatments help to get rid of cellulite?
“Yes, we have a range of treatments that help you tackle unwanted cellulite when exercise and diet simply aren’t enough.
“Our cavitation and Brazilian bum lift treatments liquefy fat cells using ultrasound energy and expels them through the body’s natural lymphatic system, which creates a lifting and tightening effect and overall reduction in cellulite.
“We also offer CO2 and Ozone baths which reduce cellulite by increasing blood circulation and eliminating toxins in the body.
“Similarly, our cryotherapy treatments stimulate collagen production by applying a cold stream of nitrogen to a specific area of the body, and our lipo freeze treatment temporarily freezes fat cells which are later condensed through the body’s lymphatic system.
“Our treatments offer a range of science-backed methods to help you tackle specific problem areas of cellulite quickly and effectively.”
Q: Which skin treatment would you recommend for someone looking to generally improve the appearance of their skin?
“Our facials are great for their anti-ageing benefits, however, they are also the perfect solution for someone younger who wants to achieve clearer, smoother skin.
“The HydraFacial is our most popular treatment for achieving healthy, glowing skit. It follows a rigorous 3-step process of cleansing, extracting and moisturising, which has made it known for being the most powerful non-invasive facial.
“Our cryotherapy facial is also a very quick and low-cost way to get instantly healthier-looking skin - it only lasts a few minutes, but the results are amazing.”
Q: What would be the best treatment for getting rid of acne and scars?
“We offer a range of different treatments that help to reduce the appearance of acne and scars.
“You could opt for the LED facial, which incorporates different colours of LED light energy to significantly reduce acne scarring, redness and blemishes. Or, we offer cryotherapy both as a facial or localised to a specific area of the body to kickstart the body’s natural healing process.”
Q: Which treatments are suitable for injury recovery?
“For athletes and sports enthusiasts, injuries are a common risk in addition to regular muscle pain. To help alleviate symptoms and reduce recovery time, we would recommend either a cryotherapy treatment or underwater massage.
“Localised cryotherapy provides a targeted treatment where subzero temperatures of high-velocity air is blasted onto the target area to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.
“Underwater massages are another effective treatment for injury recovery, as the jet stream of water provides a higher pressure and deeper penetration than traditional massages, which is more effective at relieving muscle pain and tension.
“These treatments are also effective for rehabilitating a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, and for reducing inflammation and swelling.”
